RSPCA Day

Who knew there were so many different animal t-shirts and onsies in the world!  The children turned up on Friday, 11 May in a fine array of costumes to support the Pupil Voice fundraising day.

Thank you to everyone for taking part in RSPCA Day. Thanks to your donations we managed to raise nearly £400 – well done everyone! The children enjoyed taking part in the Class Animal quiz and showed what a great knowledge they have of our furry friends.  In Key Stage 1 our winners were Mrs Crebbin’s class and in Key Stage 2, although Ms Marrable and Mrs Priestley’s classes came very close, the winners were Miss Sarjeant’s class.

We also have some very talented artists in school and Pupil Voice enjoyed looking at all the pictures entered for the art competition.  After some difficult decisions, the two winners are Ava Rudkin and Ella McDonald and the two runners-up are Callum Booth-Ford and Evan Parry.  Thank you again for supporting the RSPCA.
